On Wednesday, 5th March,2025, we officially launched KETASE Group, marking an exciting new chapter in our journey. What started as a boutique creative agency has now evolved into a dynamic ecosystem of companies, each uniquely positioned to drive innovation, create impact, and unlock opportunities in Malawi and beyond.

This pivot is not just a rebrand—it is a strategic response to the evolving needs of our industry, our clients, and the country at large. As KETASE Group, we have expanded beyond creativity to integrate technology, research, and social impact, making us a powerhouse for transformative solutions.

Why We Made the Pivot

When we started KETASE, we envisioned more than just a creative agency. We wanted to build something different—something that could redefine industries, empower businesses, and create lasting impact. Over time, it became clear that our work was expanding beyond creativity and into technology-driven solutions, research, and development-focused initiatives.

Instead of forcing these new areas into our existing agency model, we have decided to give them room to breathe, grow, and thrive independently—while still working together under the same mission. And so, KETASE Group was born.

Ketase Group is now home to three subsidiaries:

1. KETASE Creatives – The original powerhouse of marketing, branding, and space design led by @Tanya. This subsidiary will continue to redefine creativity with fresh, engaging, and impactful storytelling.
2. KETASE ChangeLab – The projects, (events!) research and impact-driven subsidiary, which I lead, will focus on social development initiatives, research, andpartnerships that bring transformative solutions to Malawi’s communities.
3. KETASE Tech – Our tech innovation arm, led by @Lusayo, will focus on digital solutions, software development, and data-driven insights to drive business and societal progress.

Together, these three companies form a synergistic ecosystem, each specializing in a key pillar of growth—creativity, technology, and impact.
